Oliver Treacy

Head of Residential

Oliver leads the residential real estate function at Portman. He champions a deep understanding of customers and advises his clients on how best to get the most out of their property aspirations, whatever their property search goals. Oliver prioritises building lasting relationships that allow him to become a lifelong property partner for his clients. This approach has allowed him to build a network of clients and property service professionals that form the foundation of his success. Prior to joining Portman, Oliver spent 6 years working in various roles in London, most notably as a senior designer at a leading international design firm. Oliver brings extensive corporate experience and is known for his attention to detail.

Ben Kirke

Head of Projects & Group Partner

Ben heads up the Project side of the business and is a Partner of the Portman Group. He joined the business in early 2022 having spent the previous 5 years in London with one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe, as reported by The Financial Times, helping to build a leading global PaaS ecosystem. His experience growing and embedding teams within HNW customer environments gives Portman the operational edge over its competitors, allowing the team to execute their duties on behalf of our clients to the most professional and efficient standards unrivaled across the Algarve.

Niklas Holmström Forster

Senior Sales Executive

Originally from Sweden, Nik has been working in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo for over 10 years. He strives for impeccable customer service and has a deep understanding of the local real estate market, complimented by his access to an extensive network that spans the Algarve region. He has built a hard-earned reputation for his honesty and his willingness to find the best possible outcomes for his clients. Nik speaks English, Swedish and Portuguese.

Graça Soares

Sales Executive & Office Manager

Graça is an essential part of every aspect of Portman’s day-to-day business. With 20 years’ experience in the local real estate market, Graça has exceptional local knowledge and has built an extensive network of trusted partners and valuable relationships throughout the Algarve. Her ability to navigate the sometimes complex Portuguese bureaucratic processes is a vital part of Portman’s growing success. Graça always goes the extra mile for Portman’s clients, making sure that they are supported throughout their real estate journey with us.

Oliver Kirke

Head of Capital Markets at PORTMANLX & Group Managing Partner

Oliver is the Managing Partner of the Portman Group, he oversees all Investment and Private Office activities and leads the strategic direction of the business as a whole. Oliver started his professional career outside of Portugal, training within citizenM’s hotel Investment & Development team in the Netherlands, before joining Giles Godbold at London City based BBG Real Estate Advisers’ within their Capital Markets Team. Since returning to Portugal where he was raised, Oliver has focused on driving investment activity into core, value-add and opportunistic investments across Portugal’s key markets, drawing from a global network of investors and property services professionals that he has fostered over his career.
